The Northern Opera Company’s electronic newsletter, membership register and event organisation
Personal data is collected and used only for the purpose stated in the advertisement, such as sending newsletters or member newsletters and organising event registrations. Of the personal data, only the email address, name and organisation are stored. When subscribing to the newsletter, only the e-mail address of this information is mandatory. Additional information provided by the data subject that is necessary for the targeting of the newsletter, for example, according to the organisation’s line of business, may also be processed. Personal data is stored for as long as necessary (until the subscription or membership is cancelled or the newsletter service ceases to exist).
The subscriber has the opportunity to unsubscribe from each newsletter. The personal data of those who have cancelled their newsletter subscription, membership or participation will be destroyed without delay.
The service does not collect or store information about newsletter openings or clicks. Subscribers are not subject to monitoring, monitoring or supervision in connection with subscribing to or receiving the newsletter.

The processor of personal data is the Northern Opera Company. The information is disclosed to the person requesting it in accordance with the Act on the Openness of Government Activities. Information and documents are public unless they have been expressly provided for by law to be kept secret.
